"Exceptional customer service, honesty so impressed with Trinity, her attention to detail, her contact and communication when my card changed to ensure my policy would still be good was above and beyond. My condo was flooded, hi- rise in Denver, condo above that flooded me denied my claim knowing State Farm would covet, it was wrong. However, I am grateful I got to deal with true professionals at State Farm that actually care about you and your family. This experience made me and my girls ‘lifers’ to State Farm. It pays to pay just a little more, my condo is completely renovated, no issues at all with State Farm, they sent me to checks after I sent quotes. Making it easy for people in stressful situations is their neiche."

"Somebody is lying!!!! Inadvertently forgot to pay the premium on my truck, due 8/6. Received a text from Christina on Wednesday, 8/20 letting me know the policy had been canceled due to non-payment. I submitted payment immediately (same day) and asked them to inform me when the policy would be back in force. I received a follow-up text stating the policy would be reinstated within the week, and I would be informed when it was back in force. [This meant I couldn't drive my truck because I had no coverage] By Friday, I had heard nothing. I called the office during business hours. There was no answer. I left a detailed message requesting someone respond about whether or not there was coverage. Never heard back (including on Saturday, where, according to the website, the office was open). Here's where the lie is exposed!!!! After being told by Appiah's office my policy had been cancelled, I received an email from the State Farm home office on August 21 (one day after Christina's cancellation text) stating my 8/6 payment was past due, AND "PLEASE PAY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO YOUR POLICY WON'T BE CANCELLED". I immediately called State Farm (not Appiah's office) to address all of the above. The agent confirmed (this was a recorded conversation) the truck policy had never been canceled. Do I smell a rat? Perhaps. Insurance agents become very anxious when their commission checks don't roll in on time. I'm changing agents"
